Senior ANP (Leadership & Supervision)

Job Description

We are recruiting a Senior ANP to provide clinical leadership alongside hands-on patient care. This role combines independent practice with team supervision

Key Duties

• Lead on minor illness/injury clinics.
• Manage complex and chronic patient presentations.
• Mentor and supervise junior ANPs, nurses, and HCAs.
• Participate in audits, service improvement, and policy development.
  Represent the practice/PCN in multidisciplinary meetings.

Requirements

• NMC registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
• V300 prescribing qualification.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  Excellent organisational and communication skill
