Key Duties

• Conduct home visits for elderly and vulnerable patients.

  Document all patient interactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration, Performers List entry.
• UK driving license and access to vehicle.
  Experience with elderly care and palliative medicine desirable
