Community Phlebotomist (Home Visits)

Job Description

We are recruiting a Community Phlebotomist to carry out home visits and support care home residents.

Key Duties

• Travel to patients’ homes and care settings.
• Take and label blood samples.
• Transport and store specimens securely.
• Reassure elderly and vulnerable patients.
  Communicate effectively with GPs and nurses.

Requirements

• Prior community or home visit experience desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and car access.
  Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
